I think I am looking for a JV

Hey friends,

I have written a Report about getting satisfaction on bad products/services, specifically those purchases made in the offline field. It's going to run roughly 8-10 pages, and it details a method I came up with about five years ago. This method has been used to fix, replace, or take care of:

Illegitimate charges on a Verizon Cell phone bill
2 barely out of warranty Dell Laptops
1 Barely out of warranty Ipaq Pocket PC
Services not received by Sprint PCS
"Almost" a Ford Escort.

It can be used on just about any product or service.

I'd like to venure into a JV with someone where they could market it to their lists.

I think this product could easily be sold for around $10, so, the price, I suppose, would be $9.97.

Because I have never done this before, I am interested in hearing feedback and suggestions.

Thanks.

Jeremy

    Hey Jeremy,

You need to provide more information when you talk about a JV.

    a. How much commission are you willing to pay out?
    b. What software are you using to track sales?
    c. Your website etc
    d. Have you done a launch before?
    e. What are your conversion rates?

Without this kind of info - very few people will respond...hope I helped you mate...

I haven't done this before, so, thanks for the feedback. I had no clue what to put

What is normal payout for a $10 report? I'd love to make $7 per report, but, had figured on $5.

I don't have any software to track sales - which leads to the "honor system." I don't know how to do this - I figured someone else would get my report, and then sell it, and then, I'd get my "cut" out of it. How does it truly work?

I have no site. Is that needed with JV?

I have not done a launch before.

I have no clue. This is a first for me.

      Thanks for guiding this newbie!

100%. Don't expect to get rich by selling a $10 report.

Low ticket stuff should be your lead gen. That said, I have absolutely no clue how your niche works and what else can be sold. But generally, low ticket stuff acts as lead gen while the upsell (one-time offer) is where you make some cash. Once you build your list, there's even more money to be made there.

Try $7 secrets or RAP. Instant payouts to affiliates and product owner.

I'd say always yes, but there may be instances which I haven't thought of where a JV might indeed be possible without a site.

I'll be blunt. You're on the right track, but it is a big deterrent for potential affiliates if the product owner has no clue what they're doing.

Also, as I said earlier, I don't know anything about your niche. Have you determined that there is a sizable hungry market for it? What problem does your product solve? Are there opportunities for more products down the line? Will you be able to sell them stuff from other niches (i.e. opportunities for cross promotion)?
