Top Rankings For Buyer Keywords - Looking For Partner

I'm not sure this is appropriate as I read that I need to provide value first before posting a JV request.
Hopefully the moderators wont delete this thread. My apologies if I am out of line but I joined the War Room today to see if I could find someone to partner with on a project I have going and didn't know of any prerequisites beforehand.
In any case I'm sure that my proposal will be valuable enough to the right person (whoever that may be) who wishes to come on board with me. So here is what I have in mind.
I recently launched a review site for Magic Submitter. I was somewhat out of my comfort zone, this being my first review site but I saw an opportunity and what the heck I went with it. I never made any money doing otherwise.
The site is Magic Submitter Review & Bonus. At last count it was No 1 on Google for Magic Submitter No 1 for Magic Submitter Review and No 3 for Magic Submitter Bonus. The site is getting regular traffic and has had around 700 visitors to date.
I'm looking for someone who is experienced with review sites to help me bring the site up to scratch so that it will hopefully get conversions. In return I will offer a 50/50 split on commissions and also give you the opportunity to set up your own squeeze page for lead generation. I have no interest at this stage of managing a list as I have other things I would prefer to do.
I am at the stage where I need to get back to my other projects that are earning me money. This one is not. If it never makes a sale the project was worth the effort just for the sheer amount of experience I received from it. but I feel it's just a waste to have such good rankings for buyer keywords and not making any sales simply because I don't have the experience to improve the site enough myself.
So there you go. I don't think I need to say any more at this stage. If you see an opportunity here and feel that we can maybe work together and both make a dollar please PM me with any questions.
