Looking for a Solo Ad (any size list considered)
I'm looking for solo ads to responsive lists to mail my freebie offer.

I will do any size list, pretty much, even if you don't normally do solo ads.
Here are some stipulations:
1) Will only pay by performance. Per click is fine, so is minimum clicks. Refund guarantees for non-performance are also fine. I don't mind paying up-front if you have references or partially if you don't. I'm willing to negotiate on a case by case basis and hear all offers.
2) I need to have a way onto your list.

1) Your offer
2) Your list size, typical range of clicks, typical CTR, anything else relevant (screen shots, etc.). Also, are your people freebie-seekers? buyers? or a mixture? Is there a specific micro-niche your list is interested in or responds to? (because I also have and SEO squeeze page I can use)
3) When you can mail
4) Your link to get on your list
5) Your Skype name if you have one
