Looking for JV with new CB product

I'm looking to form a JV to help promote my new CB product. Details around the product can be found here:

I'm fairly flexible and open to ideas in terms what I can provide as my part of the partnership. Here are some things I can offer...
  • Profit-sharing of product sales
  • Advertising off my other sites, which include a blogging community (10K members, 35K pages indexed), music search engine (63K pages indexed), music social network, business directory, tutorials site, others
  • PHP programming -- over the years, I've written a number of one-off scripts which others may find useful (e.g. Yelp scraper)
  • Payment -- depending on what you're offering, I'm willing to flat out pay for it
Again, I'm open to ideas. This is my first stab at selling my own product and am looking for any partnership that makes sense for the both us.
