Real Estate Product JV. Looking for REI list

I'm looking for some JVs that are interested and marketing my product to their list. I will split the profits 50-50 in use any platform that we agree upon.
Based off the marketing I'm currently doing it is converting well at 15% to 20%. I'm looking for some serious real estate list builders that would not mind joint venturing with a experienced real estate entrepreneur marketing his very own product.
My product is providing some of the newest, state-of-the-art, creative ways of real estate investing for not only newbies, but also experienced real estate investors.
This is a video course of about 15 large file videos, providing tons of content. I have no problem with sharing the contents of this course with serious JVs.
Before I launch this product on click bank along with some other real estate products that I am creating now, I want to know who wants to get in early before the click bank link is attached.
This is a $67 product, it will sell well for a much larger price than that.
I am completely flexible with in jv that wants to blast this to their list.
