    I have over 13,000 names and email ads of people that have registered their interest to receive info on investments, stocks, shares etc. They are not 'opt in' to me but targeted enough. These people signed up to Trade-Alert .com and are open to receiving info. Not sure if its what your looking for. If it's they type of thing your looking for give me a figure you had in mind
