I run a successful info product business with a fair number of remote staff.

I pretty much have the 4 Hour Work Week all figured out. Well, let's say the 21 Hour Work Week cos I actually enjoy doing what I do.

However there is one thing I am loathe to do and my staff just can't quite get. As an Internet Marketer AND an info product merchant, I pretty much buy most of the major IM product releases. All those $2k product launches? I got 'em. I buy a ton of WSOs & DP reports. It's all research and potential projects for my business.

As much as I love all this info, I HATE having to break them down into notes or step-by-step procedures for my staff. I hate writing so I outsource all my product creation.

And my staff, no matter how well I can train them, do not possess an entreprenuiral bone in their bodies. They only know the professions they know: link building, web design, article writing. They are not all-round Internet Marketers and do not possess the Big Picture view we do.

So my offer is this:

Intern for my company > As a staff member, you legally study my library of IM products > You produce notes and Standard Operating Procedures from them > I repay you in kind: I have staff and resources. Figure out what you can do with that kind of setup.

P.S. This JV proposal sound familiar? Yeah, I posted something similar a while back. Then my business exploded and I was too busy making money to be thinking about other projects. Now is the time to be staring new projects, hence this post.
