I need a product launch manager

I don't have the funds to hire one of jeff walkers plm's.I have a great product(e-guide) a great website,and sales copy.I don't even have a list yet.
Need someone experienced in this field...who has done successful product launches before.

    You may need a good JV broker. I know of Willie Crawford, I think is his name, supposed to be good. No idea personally, though.

    Check out the JV forum for JV brokers, or even start your own thread there. In fact, this thread may be better served being in the JV forum.

        I am also working on launching my own product (in early January). This will be my first launch, but I'm going all out with it.

        I'm not planning on having a launch manager, and if you're going through Jeff Walker's course, I'm sure he's teaching you everything you need to know to do it yourself.

        I know he describes a variety of different types of launches, so you just have to choose which one you're going to do.

        I would do a little more research and maybe talk to some people who have done their own launches first before hiring a launch manager.

    Many experienced copywriters have also coordinated product launches for their clients. There's a list of copywriters in the copywriting subforum of Warrior that is a good place to start with checking.

    Try to find a copywriter who has experience with your niche and your type of product. Be prepared to spend thousands for their expertise.

    No offense meant but... ask your copywriter if you have a great product or not. The experienced ones will tell you objectively if you do or do not and give you the opportunity to revamp or tweak your product to improve its chances of success.

    If you can't afford to hire a copywriter to write your copy and run your launch, then talk to them about writing your copy so you have the best possible copy.

    In the meantime, I suggest you study either Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula or Jason Fladlien's Poor Man Product Launch (cheap date route) to get the basics of doing a product launch down.

    If you have to, run your own launch... get some conversion results... then contact bigger JV partners and ask them to promote. They'll want to see real conversion results, before they will agree to promote anything.

    You've done it backwards.

    The best way to be successful in a launch is to listen to what people want to buy. PLEASE get a list first before you start pitching a product.

    You will have so much more success in the long run.
