Continuity program pays 75% up front and 10% recurring

I am currently creating a site called the Speaker's Edge aimed at entrepreneurs, CEO's, workers, unemployed and... really anyone who wants to take their career to a new level.
The site is called the Speaker's Edge because it focuses on public speaking, corporate presentations and eye-on-eye contact with the prospect to serve the goals of my clients. It could be presenting a new idea for the CEO to get a promotion, or maybe a job interview or a speaking arrangement in front of a larger crowd.
The content is produced by my partner - a well known public speaking expert and coach - Jeanette Henderson. She is author of the book "There's no such thing as public speaking" and her coaching clients include (among many others) President Bush and Colin Powell. Topics covered include:
Business idea presentation
Public speaking
One-on-one communication and persuasion
Phone communication
New client presentation
Nailing the job interview (and being the interviewer)

As a JV-partner you earn a 75% commission for the first month of every member you send our way, and then a recurring commission of 10% every month he/she stays a member.
I am beginning with a small immediate launch with a membership fee of $47. This will be the "pilot program". A pre-set number of members will be let inside.
When the site is mature in a month or two I intend for a larger launch with the regular subscription price of $97.
