When and how do you pay out?
I pay out on the 15th of every month via Paypal.
What about taxes?
Anybody who earns over $600 in a year is required to file a W9 or your affiliate account will be disabled. I don't want to get in trouble with the IRS, so this will be a VERY strict policy.
Which product should I promote first?
The free sales letter squeeze page is the best option, unless you're running a campaign as an upsell. By sending traffic to the squeeze page, any sales made from the leads that subscribe will count towards you - so very little promotion needs to be done to make a good number of sales.
