Established IMer Looking for Programmer for JV

I am an established Internet marketer with several existing membership web sites that make money every month. I focus on creating unique products where I have almost no competition.

I am looking for JVs with quality programmers who want to earn a lifelong stream of income from the sites they build rather than one time fees.

I do pay programmers every month, but JVing with more programmers on a profit sharing basis to more quickly develop new products would benefit both of us.

I have a good sized list of great potential products to bring to market.

If you look at my Alexa ranking for my sites and search my name in Google, you will see I am fairly well known online.

I am particularly looking for php programmers or iPhone/iPad app programmers, but if you program in another language, I will consider it if you show me what kinds of products work best with that programming language. Then I can look at my product idea list to see if any fit.
