Warriors,

Do you, or anyone you know, sell information on short sales? You know, when you get the bank to take less than what's owed instead of foreclosure?

My website sells information on buying properties from owners who are facing tax sale. In the past most of these properties did not have mortgages on them because the bank paid off the taxes before it went into tax sale.

Now with the mortgage crisis I'm starting to find tons of properties in tax sale with mortgages. And I've also heard that banks are finally starting to accept a lot of short sales now.

I'd really like to align with a short sale expert. My students would buy a good short sale program in droves, and your students would love to find a great source of leads for their short sales - tax preforeclosures.
