looking for Canadian partner(s) for a classifieds site
I'm looking to raise some funds for my new business by selling off a percentage of the ownweship. The site is a classifieds site similar to Kijiji, but with a unique twist (I'm surprised it hasn't been done yet actually).
The funds will mostly be used towards developing the site, but I will use some in the beginning to advertise. I have some creative ideas for marketing and moderating the site that will keep costs down and profits up.
I am lookingg to sell 25% of the entire site. The $ amount will be discussed with interested parties. Nothing else is required from partners aside from the money...although anything you can do to get the word out is encouraged.
