<<Guaranteed>> Need 10 Investors for Established Project - U$500 - Earn Unlimited!
Hello everyone, i'm Vinicius Melo, and i'm owner of UploadGround, a web 2.0 free file mirrorring service that is growing very fast. In only 1,5 months UploadGround already have 10-12k Uvs visitors per day. I'm looking for 10 investors (U$500 each) to improve the service, i will be implementing some new features:
- Earning System (with referral system)
- Multiple-File Uploader
- Members Area
- New Design
- Premmy Accounts (with a new upload feature that no other site have)
- Multiple Language System
The site is now earning U$25-40 per day as you can see at this screens:

How will the investing system at UploadGround work?
- I already looked at Elance the price for the improvements that i want to do and it will cost around U$3500 for this project. Also U$1500 will be used for Advertisement , and the server i will pay with my actual adsense earnings. As UploadGround is earning U$700 as pure profit, i can guarantee that investors will have their money back , because if this new project fails i can for sure sell my site for U$5000 as the website value right now is U$7000 very easily at DP Forums. What am i saying ? That if this new service fail i will sell the website and share all the website auction price for each investor. But i'm pretty sure that it won't fail, as an earning system will boost UploadGround traffic. ( explaining it: if the new script developed decrease my traffic, i will put the old one again and sell the site to pay investors)
If it doesn't fail, the share of profit will be shared this way here:
- All monthly pure profit (discounting server prices) shared to all the 10 investors until each one reach the U$500 that they invest.
- After it each one will be able to choose : earn 0.5% of the site forever or can choose to earn 5% per month until each one reach U$1000
So if everything goes well the pure profit will be 200% of investment if choosed the option 2, or 0.5% UploadGround monthly earnings forever of pureprofit.
