We have a Google retargeting list of over 3,000,000 diet customers and need an expert to help us monetize this targeted list with third party offers. This is a super valuable and targeted list that we can make a lot of money with. We just do not have the time or experience to do it.

    To note, you'll need to be a little careful with your messaging, as Google especially doesn't want to serve ads that speak to personally sensitive information when ads are being behaviorally targeted.

    Criteo got in trouble with something like this a couple of months ago.
