The product is Status2K which has been around since 2006 and has many happy users.

I have just kicked off an affiliate programme managed by e-junkie, details are at Status2K Affiliate Programme

The product sells well to people who run hosting companies or who have to manage multiple dedicated servers or VPS installations.
