Looking to do Adswaps in SEO Niche (Have Small List of 400+)

Hi Warriors,
I am looking to do adswaps with one of my lists in the SEO niche. The list is currently super small (got 421 subscribers as I write this) but is fairly responsive. I averaged 0 - 4 sales per mailing - depending on what I promote.

Most of the subscribers opted in for free at: Empire Marketing - SEO Services

I would likely use the same optin page in the ad swap with you.

Am open to to all reasonable offers - so send me your proposal!

    I have a slightly larger list in the IM space. Also a large Facebook Page that is pretty responsive.
    I checked out your landing page video and opted it.
    Do you send some SEO info after the optin?
    I would consider an Adswap, but need to make sure my list is getting something valuable or interesting.
