Looking for SEO/mobile marketing consulting partner

I posted this first in the offline section but didn't get much response so giving it another shot here.
I'm Norena, 41 yrs old and from Norway.
I've been looking at doing SEO/mobile marketing consulting for small/medium sized businesses for a while but would like to team up with someone.
I'm great at building relationships, networking and connecting with people but I'm not a natural sales person so need to work on that part.
I'm not looking at selling cheap packages so I'd like to go after companies that have high value type of customers and high volume of them, and that can afford to pay well on a monthly recurring basis.
Would go after companies anywhere in the world........I know there's more competition in some countries like the UK and US but I believe especially in Scandinavia, it's an untapped market and tons of companies have no or little presence on the web.
I will approach clients via email or phone as I live in a small place in the countryside far away from major cities and I like to work from home.
I have my own team of VAs and developers in the Philippines so I'm planning on outsourcing the work and then focus on bringing in clients and follow up with them.
I have played with the thought of specializing in offering only mobile marketing services but not sure.
Anyway, that was a bit about what I'm thinking.
I think it's more fun to work together with someone and great to have someone to brainstorm and problem solve with but finding a good partner that you click with is not easy.
