Looking for a Long Term Site Flipping Partner

Hi Everyone,
I have been flipping some sites for a while now and am looking for a partner who is interested in building up sites to a more established state to flip.

Here is the deal:
I LOVE building start up wordpress sites and I am very good at it and fast. I can knock one out in a few hours or less.

I HATE building backlinks, traffic, building rank in google etc on the site. I know that most of the sites I build can be extremely profitable if they have a steady stream of traffic and are well ranked in google.

Are these your strong points? Are you an expert in getting sites well ranked in Google?

As you can see the sites promote a service which can be fully outsourced therefor making a profit for very little work.

My Joint venture would be to help me build up these sites to making $500-$1000 profit per month and then flip them for $5000-$10000

All the profits from the site would be split 50% 50%

From my side there are very few outgoing costs, only the domain costs, hosting (I have my own reseller account)
