Opportunity in Sports Niche

Hi, I made some solid market research in the sports market and found two great niches.

I have developed a site as well as purchased 100 articles sports/health related. The site has a domain name and is live.

I have found out two profitable niches that produce solid income.

I have 2 affiliate brands I'm working with and proven sales with this products.

I have a good list of keywords that produce good ROI and that are easy to position.

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a partner familiar with the sports theme to grow and build this site, someone proactive that can keep an eye on the project, I can advice strategies or outline a step by step plan of what needs to be done, I have little time to devote to this project. I can do the linkbuilding, but need someone to produce content, product descriptions, etc.

Or, an investor that can help me outsource necessary jobs to set it off the ground once and for all.

The hardest part online is finding the right niche/product combination, I have already found those, it's time to GROW!
