Experienced in Email Marketing? 450,000 List needs monetized!

I have a client who has a very well known business in the UK entertainment niche. They have a mailing list of 450,000 people.
He wants to monetize this list.
Interested in chatting about a JV with me on this?
We will be negotiating a percentage of sales for monetizing this list.
You will need to be a very experienced email marketer with a proven track record.
I will not give the clients name out until we are signing a deal and confidentiality agreement.
You will know how to... or have very good ideas on monetizing within this market and there will be more opportunity to keep building the numbers on this when i start promoting for them.
We are not looking to aggressively spam the list, we are instead looking to create a profitable email marketing structure and campaign to send a mixture of high quality content and sales messages with promotions and affiliate offers too.
Only serious and very experienced email marketers please!
