I'll keep this short and simple. I just recently sold one of my websites for $2,600 on Flippa, and since have studied religiously what makes a website and auction listing stand out. I've come up with a really good formula for selling websites for the most amount of money.

What I want to do is offer my service to 2 people who have an established website for sale (some traffic and some revenue even if it's a small amount), or to talk about potentially selling a website that may be a little stale.

I'll take care of creating and writing the auction listing, managing the auction bids, pms, and comments, and taking care of the after-sale transfer.

The only thing you'll have to do is come up with screenshots of website data, and the Flippa listing fees which will be less than $60.

Your websites won't sell for anything less than what you feel comfortable with - we'll hopefully get much more than what you were expecting!

I also have a list of people who have been asking me recently if I have any more sites for sale. Because I'm working on some starter sites of my own, I've just had to tell them to wait.

I want to do this for free because I'd like to build my credibility in the industry and also because I really like helping people. Normal website brokers will charge anywhere from 8 to over 25% of the final sales price as commission fees.
