The pay sucks, the boss is a jerk, but it could change your life forever

I'm looking for an apprentice.

Someone who I can teach the skills that were responsible for making me over $100,000 last year online.

Someone who can help launch products, introduce to my inner circle of friends, help you attend industry conferences with, and most importantly - know the inner workings of my business.

I'll teach that person list building, copywriting, product creation, webinars, live speaking, and more.

That's the good news.

Here's the bad.

The pay sucks (in fact there isn't much for the first few weeks or months)

The boss is a jerk (and sometimes an asshole).

I don't get up early in the morning and there are times when I go off the radar (not answering my phone or email) for days at a time.

Oh and I hate people who are late or waste my time - so if you think showing up 15 minutes ahead of time is showing up early (don't bother applying).

There are high expectations and demands put on you to help in the day to day running of my business. You'll do everything from customer support, to project management, setting up and managing technology, and more. Lots more.

I'll want your undivided attention and focus for at least 10 hours a week.

If you're a busy person already and can't stop and focus a few hours per day (including the occasional weekend work session) - again this probably isn't for you.

So now that we've got that out of the way let me tell you the good news.

This could change your life forever.

I don't say those words lightly.

Friday morning I walked into a bank with a check for $12, 396.12. When I handed it to the cashier I told her this - I'm here to pay off my house today.

I'm 31 years old. Zero debt, no house payment, and even a little money in the bank.

I've changed my life forever since two years ago I was making a little over $40,000 working for the "man".

All of this was made possible through internet marketing.

And I want to share it and teach it to you.

The books I read, the courses I take, the groups I belong to. You'll get totally access. If I'm going to an event - you're invited. Not to mention we'll setup time for you to pick my brain clean of any and all questions you have.

Did I mention I'll even help you with projects and if possible JV on them as well?

But all that comes in due time and once we have things up and running in my business.

Here's exactly how it is going to work

I'm going to pick 2 to 3 people to be my apprentices. I'll give each of you weekly tasks ranging from customer support to technology setup, and more.

Each week I'll give you an evaluation and at the end of 30 days I'll pick one person to go on to working with me.

Who am I looking for?

1. I'm looking for someone who is a people person. I'm already the asshole of the group - I need someone who can be the softer side of Castleman Consulting LLC.

2. You need to be able to read, speak, and write in English. In fact if English isn't your first language - thanks but I'm not interested.

3. You need to be able to work on your own without a ton of direction. Got a question? Don't always ask me - Google it, You Tube it, and then come to me. I'll give you the task and the big picture - it's up to you to build the foundation.

4. You need to bring something to the table. A love for copywriting, technology geek, article marketing, traffic generation, etc - something that makes you stand out for the majority. My weaknesses are technology and copywriting so if you love both of those things then that is a major plus

5. No drama or desperation people . If you just broke up with someone, or are $3 away from bankruptcy, or any other drama in your life - stay away. I don't watch the news (too depressing), I don't watch reality TV (I could give a **** about American Idol), and I don't need your drama in my life.

6. Focus & Attention. Look I know people go from idea to idea, chasing the dream, but never stop long enough to make headway in either direction. That can't be you. I'll teach you enough that you won't have to buy an info product for a long time - If ever again. Plus I get access to some behind the scenes products and data that the general public doesn't and will share those as well.

Here's what you do next

I want to know four things about you:

1. Tell me about yourself. You background, your previous work history, your family, etc. Anything you think you want to share with me.

2. Tell me why you think I should hire you. Give me your strengths (and weaknesses) that you'll bring to the company. Also include what type of task you think you excel at and areas of expertise.

3. Tell me how many hours a week you can commit to being an apprentice and what you are hoping to get out of the apprentice program.

4. Give me your contact information - full name, phone number, email.

Once you have all that written in up - turn it into a PDF and attach it in an email to apprentice@timothycastleman.com. Once I get it, I'll review it and if I think there is a chance of us working together I'll email you to setup a phone interview.

Now I don't want this to drag out so I'm cutting off applications on Wednesday, April 6th. So if you're at all interested I suggest you stop screwing around and get your application in.

I also reserve the right to cut off the applications at any time.
