JV partner wanted re exciting marketing project

Well this isn't a straight ad swap sort of deal, I am looking for a experienced IM professional, motivated, knowledgable, hardworking and can see the opportunity in this JV offer.
I am a experienced website / graphic designer, based in Australia, I have spent the last 6 months developing a unique word press template based off the genesis WP Framework.
3D Phone Reviews puts the Future within your Touch is the first site to go live, as you will see there is a lot of work that has gone into this. we have set up to stream youtube videos, have created linking twitter and facebook, basically creating a community around this technology.
3D phones are still a month away from being launched, but if the nintento 3ds is anything to go off, then this market will be huge, this site is already positioned on the first page of google for all the main keyword searches to do with this ninche.
Based on this first site, I have another 300 keyword domains like this to clone this site layout to, all based around tech domains, eg 3d gaming, 3d tablets, 3d tvs, android phone, tablets, iphones, ipads, smart tvs, cloud computing, cloud hosting etc etc.
I am looking for world domination, to position these sites between the keyword searches and the wholesalers sites and a whole lot more.
What I am looking for is somebody to handle the affiliate side, monitise the sites, somebody who can see the overall scope of this project, and work on maximising the returns.
You would help to run the outsourcing of site build, research and market penetration.
