The next BIG thing...

I won't elaborate much in here, Details will be given in private but what I'm looking for is a partner or two for a massive internet marketing project. An all in one web based Internet marketing solution Platform that combines visual cms for site creation (drag and drop technology without need for coding and programming), SEO automation and keyword niche analysis. All that for a monthy membership fee. We should break-even at 10 - 20 days from launch after doing an agressive marketing campaign, afterwards 80%-85% will be net profit and the remaining percentage would be allocated for continuous maintenance, marketing, hosting and new features development and version updates.
I already got an approximate quote from a potential developer / programmer / designer and the approximate number of hours involved in working on such a complex project.
I have already prepared a detailed description of what I'm looking for and based on that the developer will prepare for me a Detailed specification document with wireframes of all major pages to provide me with an exact quote and the number of man hours required.
It is a very lucrative business and for a relatively one time small investment we can make something really BiG in here that will secure us financially for the life time of the product which I'm expecting it to be same as our life time
