JV opportunity for sharp marketer

I have two unrelated sites which need help from a sharp marketer.

One of the sites refers investors to regulated forex traders, and the other site is built as a sited which features books about the sea, whether maritime history or kite surfing.

Both sites need traffic. I'm not sure that the book site can make money, but I'm sure an experienced marketer can tell me.

The fx referral site is www.ascentfx.com. This site has the capacity to earn a very high return, but the marketing needs to be precisely targeted, consistently, repeatedly.

The book site is www.bigblueseas.com. I have no idea if it can make money.

On another note, I have the infrastructure to send bulk emails via 10 Class A servers, but haven't used them because I'm frankly not sure this is a wise approach. So for now they're on standby.

I'm looking for someone who can:

(a) put money into marketing (estimated cost of $1,000/month to get to page 1 in google, within about 4 months for my 5 top keywords)

or

(b) who will do the marketing work for sweat equity. This means writing high-quality articles for high PR sites and authority sites, link work, and SEO. It may also mean writing sales letters and squeeze pages.

You may have other ideas. Please don't send me offers for services, such as blogging, link-building, article spinning. I'm looking either for someone who wants to turn at least one of these sites into a very profitable business.
