Im looking to JV with a small group of dedicated internet marketers.
If you are trying to get your name out, this is a great opportunity to do so!
You must have a specialized subject this could be anything:
Examples:
SEO, Product Creation, Graphic design, Pay per click or website flipping just to name a few.
You will be given a area of webspace that you will use to build a network of subscribers around that subject, It will be your job to make that area stay active and represent yourself as an expert in your field. The site will be targeted at internet marketers but you will only need to specialize on one particular area.
as the owner of a specific area on the site you can link back to your main website and offer deals to your subscribers. I really recommend the site you link back to is completely dedicated to the subject you are writing about.. remember you are a expert in that field.

The Website is practically ready to go, i just have a few more tweaks to be made.
Obviously my reputation will be on the line aswell as yours, so i will always check that everyone on the team matches the standards that are set by the others.
