Looking for Web Designer Partner - Good Opportunity!

Right, I am in need of a web design partner for my year long project - Sticky PLR - Quality PLR at Affordable Prices | Privatel Label eBooks, Resell eBooks & PLR eBooks & Sticky Niches | Quality Research, Complete Packages, Profitable Niches (sister site).
The business plan I have created needs a skilled web designer who can communicate in English so that we can produce high quality PLR for the mass market.
Up and until now, the majority of PLR in the industry is generic and rehashed rubbish from the 1990s. However, there are a couple of smaller companies/freelance entrepreneurs who see the capital in creating high quality PLR for online marketers which provide an abundant amount of detail, resources and are ultimately inexpensive or a good investment.
The plan: Sticky PLR will be focusing on creating unique business in a box type PLR, with back end products, sales pages, banners, and a back end blog, everything you need to become a vendor or to start your own little business.
Sticky Niches will focus around creating high quality, affordable niche blogs for marketers. I have many skills in uncovering hidden niches, or at least low competition, high earning niches and this combined with the skills of an experience web designer will prove to be fruitful.
So, I am looking for an experience web-designer who is able to partner with myself, and my business to help create a profitable, long-term, reputable PLR business.
What I offer is:
30% complete ownership of the actual business - including the Sticky PLR and Sticky Niches brand.
As well as, 50% share of monthly revenues after costs have been deducted.
You might be thinking, that sounds great but what is the point of owning 30% of nothing, well it isn't nothing. I already have my first product and the actual development of Sticky PLR has been a very expensive process in total costing approximately $1,500. I have had several offers in the medium to high $x,xxx for this business already but plan to move forward and grow this in to something huge.
