I have pro-grade hardware and colo, you have a killer app and need hosting?
I recently acquired a large amount of high-performance web server hardware:

This includes several multi-core web servers w/ 4GB ram each, high-volume, high-performance, redundant storage systems, and a couple of highly capable machines specifically designed for database performance...as well as a professional-grade managed switch.
In the picture, you'll see about 15 of the storage shelves, which sell for roughly $750/ea, in their empty state, without the controller heads (which I also possess). I plan on liquidating most of that lot, keeping the web servers, database servers, and investing the cash to rent half a rack and a high-bandwidth connection in a secure data center.
Here's where you come in...if you have an awesome application (or know someone who does), and would like to monetize it as a hosted SAAS (Software As A Service) offering, but lack the hardware or capital to acquire it, I want to partner with you!
This hardware is easily scalable to thousands, if not tens of thousands (depending on the resource requirements of your app) of users. This is a small web hosting operation in a box, and this is all pro-grade hardware.
I'm looking for someone who offers a killer CRM package, a hosted e-commerce option, or a killer site builder application. You supply the app and the developer talent, and I'll provide the hardware and the connection to make it all happen. Together, with the help of WF, we can build a marketing team to sell our solution to our target audience!
