Calling All Investors - £510 Required - More Than 1 Welcome

I have an exciting opportunity for you should you wish to take
part. So here goes...

The process explained:-

I am going to start a direct mail postcard project with any
interested JV partners.

We will be sending out postcards promoting a high converting
CPA offer in the health and well being niche.

The offer we will be promoting is targeted towards women. The
offer is for a free trial which requires the prospect to pay
only £2.97 postage for a £79 product and will generate a
commission of £32 for every converted prospect.

Further more the prospects we will be targetting are already
proven buyers within the exact same niche we will be using.

How much is needed and breakdown of costs:-

The initial investment will be £510 with the option to reinvest
a portion of the profits generated if the partner wishes to do
so after the initial mailing.

Here's a breakdown of the costs:-

£190 To Purchase a mailing list of 1000 highly targeted female
prospects. Which breaks down as £135 for the list, a £35
surcharge for not purchasing the full 5000 minimum order
quantity, £10 for purchasing all female prospects and £10 for
purchasing the most recent additions to the list.

£320 To pay for the printing of the postcards, envelopes and
postage.

Predicted income from the first mailing:-

Around 6% of the prospects would convert from the mailing so
working off the initial 1000 mailing which would equate to a 60
conversions at £32, resulting in a return of £1920.

Of this return the £510 investment would be paid back to the
investor which would leave £1410 which would be split 50 - 50
producing a profit of £705 or $1150.70 each.

The investor can the choose whether they want to re invest £255
from their £705 profit to start another mailing to 1000 more
prospects from the list (the other £255 being paid by me) or
simply cash out their profit and terminate the JV contract.

Scaling up:-

If we choose to invest all of the money generated from the first
mailing we can purchase and mail to another 3000 leaving £390
from the $1920, and based on 60 conversions per thousand this
would equate to $5760 from which £1250 would be paid to the
investor, £765 to me covering list purchase and mailing which
would leave £4135 to split which would equate to £2067.50 or
$3374.57 profit each.

How many JV partners are welcome:-

Well the initial list has a population of 18,000 prospects
so this deal is open to more than one partner. So if you are
interested you are more than welcome to get involved.

Tracking conversions for multiple partners:-

Should there be more than one joint venture partner who would
like to start this project a unique tracking code will be added
to each affiliate link which will track sales from each individual
partner.

When can we start:-

I have everything ready right now, I just need the investment to
get everything going. The postcards are designed ready to go to
print, the list has been researched and is ready to order and all
of the printing requirements have been researched and can commence
imediately after investment.

How long will it take:-

The time from mailing to converting prospects is estimated at 5 days.
The list is purchased instantly, which means details can be sent to
the printer the very same day along with the order for the postcards.

Printing time and postage is estimated at 3 days.
