Looking for partner(s) or co-conspirators!

Hey Folks,

I'm a newbie member around here but browse the place on a fairly frequent basis.

I'm at the end of my tether for all thinks Internet and I'm thinking seriously about going back to the corporate world.
I've been making a living online for about 12 years now, but in the past 5 years it's gotten more and more sparse, to the point where I'm considering throwing in the towel.

A little bit of history - I'm an engineer by trade, degree qualified and with a lot of managerial experience.
I started my Internet career by learning the basics of web design, then SEO. This was back in the day when there were only a handful of SEO companies around, Bruce Clay and a few others.
I made money from my SEO services and moved into developing and selling my own products. That has been the mainstay through all these years, but has become more and more difficult, due to competition, the ever changing landscape of the www, and the general economic downturn.

Over the years I've amassed a variety of different speculative projects, including an article submission directory with paid submissions, various web projects, affiliate projects etc etc.
I'm creative and an ideas kinda guy, but my strengths are not in the repetitive tasks needed to promote a website from scratch.

Recently I setup an affiliate Network site, using the PAP4 network software, have a few clients, a handful of affiliates, but I'm running out of steam with it.

So I need a working partner, an inspiration, someone with whom to share ideas, and someone with the marketing know-how to take care of the daily tasks.
I'd be interested in any discussion on how to move the affiliate network project forward, ideas on revenue sharing, roles, etc.

I also have a very well established nutritional supplement company which operates in a useful industry niche. This is the business which made $400,000 a year but has slowed down to a trickle. I'm interested in ideas and proposals on how to resurrect that business. My SERP's were hit by Panda, and despite an effort to buy links, add more content, they have continued to decline.
I also have a new Food related business with real products that sell into both a niche and mainstream market. These are sitting here waiting for customers.
A lot of people around here are obviously quite successful and I'm interested in perhaps joining forces with people with a good attitude towards business, a good reputation and track record. I'd consider the offer of some paid promotion services, but prefer either some kind of partnership relationship or a commission arrangement.

What say thee?

I have the skills to launch real products in the market and have a lot of ideas. I need help building traffic. I can do all fulfillment and packaging etc etc.

Contact me if you're interested, I'd be happy to send you links to some of my websites and projects so you could see what, if anything, interests you.

Since I'm a newbie I can't respond to PM's, hence please email me at carlh@netnet.net

Sincerely.
