SEO Partnership

I own a web design company and in business since 2005. I am looking to venture into selling seo services for small businesses. I am looking for someone to work with who knows seo well. The following is what I need:
  • I will do upfront selling and marketing
  • You will execute the job for me - all white label and no black hat
  • You will work on behalf of my company and provide reports on my company behalf
  • Initially you should allow me to use your portfolio / website optimized to show my clients
  • You will provide me with seo and marketing package so that I can sell.
I am looking to partner with someone serious and more credible experience.

    Really???! Are you serious? If yes, WHY do you NOT consider to do the reverse and let the SEO run this JV?
