Looking for someone to monetize... Profit sharing

Hi warriors,

I've been working on my site for quite some time now and have almost got it to where I think its ready to be monetized. Problem is I have no experience in monetization at all and feel my best method would be to go into a profit sharing venture with someone who has the experience and has done it a few times, knows the hurdles, etc. You monetize the site, I keep it running content wise and we share profits. I just now started looking for people that would be interested and fit this desire so i figured this would be a great place to post to see if any of you website marketing super gurus would be interested or could point me in the right direction. If you are all interested in hearing more, ormight know of someone who would be, please email me back.

Just FYI.. The sites contents are 18+
getting about 10k hits a month now, 6 months old, unique niche in how the site works and what it does, good bounce rates and solid time on site numbers. The next implementation we put in the site will blow it up way bigger too... So we are on the verge...
