Membership Site Partner Needed

Hello folks,

Well I have a membership site here:

Currently has 10 members paying $2 per month, ranked #1 on google for terms "backlink generation"

Unfortunately, the system is built to accept paypal only, and I can no longer take paypal...

so the site has been shut down for a couple weeks and I have had customers begging me to get in.

Membership sign and account creation is 100% automated and hands-free. Once a member pays by paypal, then the system will automatically activate their account.

I really freaking hate to give this site up, but cannot accept paypal so it's really pointless.

I am looking for a partner that would like to either:

(a) buy the site outright, including domain name

or

(b) rent the site monthly, and I provide hosting & tech support and you keep all profits.

    Right now have about 10 members so not very much

    Not driving any traffic, it just ranked by itself on page 1 for "backlink generation" (good domain) but i am sure with a bit of SEO and link building you could rank it for other terms too

    It requires very little maintenance or none at all. The subscription system is hands-free, so when a person pays, the site automatically activated their account and alerts them by email. Once they can login, then they are good to go, no further work is needed

    The site basically has 4 tools inside the members area, each is a different PHP script

    1. is the mass backlink tool
    2. is the mass ping tool
    3. is the search engine submitter tool
    4. is the SEO Tools which are actually hosted on my site pensaweb.com - just iframed into the members area.

    Then of course the actual membership site is all based on joomla.

    So it has done ok I guess for something that I just threw up and never really marketed LOL

    I imagine that if you keep the pricing low you can get several hundred members paying monthly, which was my original goal but never came to fruition and now I am running other membership sites hehe
