Need people for online music project 10% of all profits

Hello WF, over the past few weeks you may have seen posts from me about a "special" project I am implementing. To get started I am the Vice President and Head Engineer at prettyboybeats. We are an incredibly 2 person production team that are fully independent free to do what ever we want with out being tied down to an awful contract from a major label(by choice). We produce top 40 hits in america and have had 3 singles this year alone hit radio with over 50k sales(thats hard copy cds not mp3s) pushed by a small team of offline marketers(That being the CEO and the VP).

What we need-

We need a marketer that can be our head marketer. You will help manage the project and help find as many affiliates as possible and as many marketers as you can. I have found a few interns myself but I am just too busy mixing and mastering the music as well as coordinating this.

You must also be able to help generate traffic to our sites(if you cant generate traffic to your own site we will not be happy with you on ours).

We will need someone who can help plan this further along adding different twists. You MUST be creative. This is a creative industry!

You DO NOT need experience in the music industry itself, our songs sell them selves, you will be focusing completely on the internet until we are a hit in the nation and certain big labels offer us more money(a strategy we have that has been approved by our manager, head a&r rep at def jam)

We have over 400 completed songs(if you include ringtones) and 1500 beats(can be sold too).

This is just phase one of the marketing plan.

This IS a strategy to generate large amounts of income and the bigger dent we put in the industry, the more major labels are going to offer us. There's millions to be made here.

If that can not be achieved we own our own label, our own publishing too. We are in complete control of our own market.
