[Expert in Website Monetizing Wanted] I Buy Websites. You Monetize it And Keep The Earnings

I am a website investor; most of my purchases are primary blogs from Flippa and other marketplaces online. These blogs has an average of 10k-30k monthly. Once purchased, the websites would have to be monetized well, in order to fetch a good sale price in the future. This brings you, the monetizing expert, into the picture. For instance, I will need a blog with 10k traffic monthly to earn at least $100, and 20k traffic will need to double that, etc.

How to apply:
- a submission or referral to previous earnings report
- essentially, able to prove that you have experience and able to monetize blogs

Conditions:
- You'd need to be online, or at least check your email on a daily basis (weekdays). This is to ensure that monetization is done immediately once a website is purchased, as we cannot afford any delays. We also want to ask you if you can monetize the sites before we purchase them. We work this on a full-time basis (9 hours daily).

- Admin access will be granted to you for code changing and monetizing purposes. In return, you'd need to provide me access to the accounts you are monetizing from — Clickbank, Amazon, etc. A screenshot or video will be taken as evidence for future sale of the blogs. (This can be discussed in greater details to work out a justified agreement.)

- Support will be provided to maximise your earnings on these websites.

- I reserve the rights if I want to continue monetizing a site from its original source of income. These are not to be removed. However add-on monetizing streams are welcome if they do compete directly with the initial income.

- A non-compete agreement has to be signed to prevent any duplication of websites.
