170K List - Chicken Soup for the Soul

I am partnering with Chicken Soup for the Soul. Obviously Chicken Soup needs no introduction, but they are a very well known publisher with an active reader base. They have asked me to help recruit a few partners interested in advertising or promoting specific products/offers.
It is really an un-tapped resource, as they are very strict on ads. They do not accept dedicated/exclusives, however they do offer one of the better opportunities I have seen, in terms of sponsorships.
The list is up to 170K subscribers.
They offer up to 3 ad placements within the email article. A 720 x 90 header, a 300x250 square to the right of the article, as well as an in-article text ad placement.
Advertisers are getting between 200-300 Click Thrus consistently on their Ads (not just the article clicks).
Chicken Soup's demos are primarily 40+ women interested in Health and Beauty products/information.
