$250 per month, need investor

Currently I provide service in SEO, and web developing. I target regional market and getting works. Recently I succeeded in winning the trust of even foreign clients upon the work I have done for them. Those clients are paying me via PayPal. I am hoping to receive some more works and extending my business. I except the cost for this to be around $600 for which I seek investors.
What will this investor get?
50 % of the income received from foreign clients will be provided to the investors. I specifically mention here that shares from the local clients will not be provided .
As per current status I ensure earning for investor to minimum $250-$300 from first month. I guarantee refund your amount + $100 if your profit is not minimum $250 per month. After 30 days if u feel I can't get more work that your expecting at any time you can request to refund .
WHAT IS THE SECURITY I CAN GIVE YOU.
• Pan Card Details
• 2 year old bank account details with online log-in details. You can check my
transactions.
• Passport Details
• signed agreement will be sent to you. All details including refund guarantee will be written in it.
When You will request to refund you will get $600 + $100
I will create a separate VERIFIED PAYPAL account for this service and we both can check details.
