Local Marketing Niche Product

I have a product for the US local market ...
New concept, very solid business plan with achievable 7 figure potential. I am looking for the black belt of marketing who can make things happen. The product is ready and tested.
I am not looking for someone with a list for sending out an email in exchange of commissions but rather for a partner who can market the product and bring results. I have contacts to get funding from vc's, but ideally I need someone who can do the initial marketing yourself without being totally dependent on external funding as we can only expect funding if we have some results to show.
Due to the proprietary nature of the product I can not post any details here and will need you to sign an NDA if you would be interested, but before we get to that level, I need to see what you have to offer in nationwide local marketing, your experience, results, achievements and expectations from a possible business partner.
