I do much of the work myself, but I outsource article writing and link building (off page seo).
To earn the $100-$500 per month per adsense site, I pay the writer team and SEO link building company $550 in total. This is a one time payment.
To join me you'll pay the $550 per site you invest in. In return you will get 50% of the adsense earnings.
How can I be sure the site will earn at least about $100 per month?
Well I can't, but all my other sites do, which I created by the same model, so I am very confident with my model. I wouldn't write here, if I didn't 100% believe it is possible with each and every adsense site I create, using this model.
To explain a little, I focus on long tail keywords in my keyword recearch.
The keywords I choose are easy to rank for, and works very will with adsense. Therefore it's almost impossible not to see profit in a short time. And to be honest, my success with this method, is all up the keyword research I do.

- Buy domain and hosting
- Find topics for articles
- Outsource articles to writer team

So why don't I just do these sites myself?
To be honest I already do, but as you can read, it cost me $550 each time I create a new site, so it goes a bit slow creating my own adsense empire.
Therefore I would like to speed things up by getting one or several investors involved, so I can launch many sites in a short time period and thereby increase earnings much faster.

I will buy the domain and hosting, so these will be in my name.

The sites I create are smaller (not micro) authority sites, with 17 unique written quality LSI optimized articles (12.000 words). I create the sites in Wordpress.
With my way of creating the sites, I focus on high quality. I dont use auto content robots, spun content or any other "easy methods". All is handmade (including the backlinks).
All the adsense sites I create, will only get traffic from Google organic SERPs. No paid traffic.
