Webinar Host(s) with lists wanted (Great Product for Offline Marketers)

I've recently been directly involved with a software development team (their main office is 2 miles from my house) that has put together a monster software program for restaurants.
It could also be used for hotels at this point, but it was designed primarily for restaurants.
Now, the developer/brains behind this is great guy, and he's extraordinarily smart, but he's unfamiliar with online marketing.
He doesn't understand how affiliate marketing works and he's never heard of the Warrior Forum nor a Webinar, nor Camtasia etc... He also had to bring in loads of Venture Capital cash to get this developed, so in his business plan, he stated he could sell each website license for $250 USD, so he can't budge off that price.
Here is the pricing structure I see for my end.
Webinar with 30-40 minutes of free training presented by me on one excellent way to get your first offline client (or use the method even if someone already has many offline clients). I have my Powerpoint slides ready to go.
This will seamlessly go over into the benefits of this product, at which point I will turn it over to the developer and allow him to demo his product. He's a Mac user & can show his iPhone screen via bluetooth on his Mac screen, so the iPhone app can be demonstrated live on the webinar. This will last about 40-45 minutes.
My idea for the sales price is $497.
The package could easily be re-sold by any offline marketer for $997 or more, mainly because of the iPhone & Android app features. A custom built website with app like this would probably cost $1500-$3000 or more anywhere else.
$247 is the profit margin, to be split with a JV partner that has a list and can host the webinar and get at least 200 people to attend.
Backend is that I get $.10 cents for every order that gets placed through the software, as does the offline marketer who is selling it to his local clients.
I'll split that with you as well.
This has a decent front end and a residual back end that could get quite large very quickly.
Open to any country or language. If you are a native speaker of (for example) French, then the developer would welcome a translation (and no he doesn't expect it to be done for free).
Also, there are only 8 website templates currently available, so if you know custom .css, then there's room to barter there as well.
I'm from the USA. The developer is from Belgium (his English is better than mine). We both live in Thailand. Most of the team that put this together are from Thailand.

- It creates a basic website in 10 minutes (will take maybe 1 hour to input restaurant menu w/ photos, so say 1.5 hrs total).
- The website has TONS of customization features built into a super simple control panel (it's a lot easier than Wordpress).
- Can either replace or compliment an existing website.
- It Auto-creates an iPhone and an Android app as the website is being built.
- It notifies the restaurant of new orders via sms, fax, or email (can choose all or only 1 or 2 options.
- It automatically puts the restaurant on Google Maps.
- Is multi-lingual (10 languages all translated by native speakers).
Current available languages are: English (US & UK), Dutch, Spanish, German, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Hebrew & Slovak. - Has built in mailing list/email capture features.
- Automatically generates QR code discount coupons online
- And much, much more.
