i have been on Warrior for some time, am a lurker not a poster. I am a successful real estate investor looking for a JV-Marketeer, u must have experience in web design, capture pages, video , and PPC and other various aspects of the web.

Project 1 -

Create website w/cart, free to steal the code from this one (email me for adress ) , this will be one of the product companies. Create web based marketing. These are one of a kind products only made by this manufacturer. No one else holds or can use the patents to these products. Very sought after product that is recieveing very little in the form of marketing. Can discuss % of net profits on this. Products, will be drop shipped by manufacturer.

Project 2 -

Have a product that we will be running a campaign for a total of 5000 unit sales. This product will be introduced in the market place by me and my JV parter. Sales will be quite easy and is a high ticket item. Chance for the marketer too make 20.00 per sale for generating the lead. Conversion rate will be very high. Capture page development, video marketing development, and Net marketing needed.

Please have the proper credentials for these 2 projects. I will be conducting interviews by phone after a non-disclosure agreement has been signed by both parties.
