Silent "CEO" looking for Proven Warrior to Act as Project manager/COO

I have the money and desire to quickly implement quite a few IM ideas from different angles. I have been extremely frustrated trying to hire good outsorce workers that are actually doing the work for me.
I am looking for a proven warrior who has experience in all aspects of developing and Marketing WP and Drupal based sites. This person needs to have experience hiring and managing workers from south east Asia countries.. The workers will be working directly for me but you would be helping with hiring, training and accountability, to be sure we have the right staff in place.
I would cover all expanses necessary to implement these sites quickly and with quality result. I will want to take advantage of Odesk and/or hivedesk.com time tracker tools as a project management tools for the workers.
Compensations will primarily be based on shared profits based on goals we set for getting each site up and running, and for certain, agreed upon time period, for each completed site. You would also recive extra % share of profits for each site you help to manage (if needed) on a ongoing basis. We can discuss further, about weekly small compensation for time and effort spent working on these projects yourself (if necessary) for the time being, before we actually see profits as a return of our investments and efforts.
Looking for someone willing to actually put the time in to, not only manage the workers, but is willing to use their skills to take on task to make things happen quickly. YOu will be rewarded greatly for you " go get em" atitude and your above an beyond efforts.
