Hi - my name is Ross. I'm considering finding a joint venture with someone who can provide unique articles on a weekly basis or have them outsourced to their writing team.

Here are two of them: http://www.daily-deal-sites.net and http://www.email-marketing-review.net. Just to ease your life, the niches are: VPS, Dedicated Servers, Green Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Shared Hosting, Email Marketing, Payday Loans, Ink, Daily Deals, Antivirus, Firewall, Online Backup, and Internet Security.

If you wouldn't be interested in all 13, we could only JV on some of them.

All SEO is outsourced to a well-known Warrior for all of the sites and rankings are currently increasing very fast.

As for the writing I seek, you can look at the "Blog" sections of the sites. Posts like that -- fully unique (not spun) -- and around 500 words.
