Contacting JV Partners by Mail. What's the better way?

I have been blessed with an awesome joint venture selling my cds with
the cie book store. I know that I can do better if I can find other
JV partners similar to them.

I am using Google Ad Planner to find similar sites and finding other
targeted sites. I read that other than sending an email, I should try
contacting them by phone calls mailng them a JV offer by mail.

Should I create a nicely typed mail to send or should I send it hand
written? Is there a JV ebook that is worth reading about this?

Thanks for any advice about finding JV partners in the tech niche.

    I think that the main thing is that you just start contacting people. Start by sending an email and see what kind of response you get. You might have to send a few out and be persistent with it. What kind of list do you have? Skype me if you want at Todd_Rutledge

    My guess is that most important IM "gurus" get a hundred emails a day and a few letters - my guess is your chances improve with regular mail if it is creative.
