Reserved any questions that may come up.

    Question 1

How is it better than other blog networks (ie. Traffic Kaboom, Authority Link Network)?

    Answer 1

Traffic Kaboom costs $197 every three months. Our network will be free to its members.

Authority Link Network restricts you to a fixed number article submissions per day, based upon the combined Page Rank value of the blogs that you have submitted to the network. Additionally, if you wish to submit more than three (3) blogs to the network, you must purchase a monthly subscription.

Our network will not have any daily submission restrictions, giving our members complete access to the full network, for free.

    Question 2

How do we differentiate website owners (building backlinks for their own sites and likely to submit a handful of posts) from SEO agencies building backlinks en masse and flooding the network by just adding 1 PR1 site to the list?

    Answer 2

This is in slight contradiction to my original post, but the fact of the matter is that the strategy is going to evolve as I receive your input. The above question was posed below in a post by "marcolav".

Depending upon whether or not we have a consensus on this, I would like to propose the following:

    (i) In order to join the network, you must contribute a threshold number of blogs to the network (ie. perhaps 10 blogs or 20 blogs?)

(ii) Membership in the network will be capped at a specific number, which is still to be determined, based upon your responses.

    Where's the sign up URL?

How many blogs is it going to start off with?

I hate to be an ass, but to create a "network" to start off with you need a healthy number of blogs for others to want to contribute their own.

I have many 10 domains with decent PR, but they are currently part of Traffic Kaboom.

Would you be able to explain how this network works and why is it better?

I think the main difference with TK would be that this is free

However I see one potential issue (not a show stopper but would need to be addressed):

how to differentiate website owners (building backlinks for their own sites and likely to submit a handful of posts) from SEO agencies building backlinks en masse and flooding the network by just adding 1 PR1 site to the list?

I own a small network of high PR sites (40 sites up to PR6) and this would look like a great idea to further expand the strength of the links, however it would have to be restricted to a handful of members to avoid the above situation.

          Hi jacksonlin,

          Thank you for your post.

I have not as of yet created a sign up URL in part because I don't want people to think that I am just doing this as a method to grab email addresses. Additionally, I wanted get an idea of the interest level, as well as get some feedback, prior to moving forward.

I have about 10 domains with good PR that I will be contributing to the network. However, to answer your second question, the network will not launch until all members are in place, which will ensure that the initial network size will be substantial.

As "marcolav" has stated (supra), one of the main differences between this and Traffic Kaboom is that it would be free, and that we would collectively own the network.

Thank you for your excellent questions and feedback. I really appreciate it!

          Hi marcolav,

Thank you for clarifying the difference between this network, and TK. I really appreciate your input.

I agree with you regarding the potential issue that you stated. Last night I was thinking of this issue, and I think what we should do is have a minimum threshold regarding the number of blogs which must be added to the network in order to gain access, and then cap the total membership number at a predetermined amount, as you have suggested.

Thank you so much for your post. You have made some excellent suggestions.

          @theplugindude

It appears as though ninjalinkjuice.com is exactly the same as Authority Link Network.

This is not at all what we are trying to do here.

Members of our blog network will have full access to the network, and will never pay a dime.

    Hi

So what's the amount of blogs we need to submit in order to "get access" and what's the limit of members?

Please PM if you do respond.

      Hi jacksonlin,

I sent you a PM, but thought that it would be good to post a response here as well.

Regarding the number of blogs required to access the network, and the total membership number, I want to get the input of yourself, and other interested Warriors. It is not a decision that I am going to make by myself. It will be a collective decision.

      What do you guys think?

      Hi bensonenterprise,

Thank you for replying to the thread.

I sent you a PM as well, but am also posting my response here.

Since I started the thread, it seems that the biggest concern that Warriors have is that SEO companies will simply contribute one low PR blog, and flood the network with submissions.

Consequently, everyone has suggested that the following be included:

      1. A minimum number of blogs (eg. five blogs) submitted to the network to become a member.

      2. A maximum number of posts per day, depending on how many blogs you have contributed.

      3. A maximum number of total members in the network.

This was not my initial intention, but of course, if this is what people want to see, this is the course the network will take.

I just want to get everyone's feedback about this sort of a scenario. Do you think that the above three points make up the right course of action for this blog network?

Sounds great, I would also add the option to categorize posts so they end up in blogs that do have relevant categories,
For example your script could pull the categories from the various blogs in the network so when a new post is created the author has to specify to which categories they want it to be submitted to

Other than that, I am ready to start!!

          Hi Marco,

Good to see you! Thanks for following up.

The script actually does have the option to categorize posts, add tags, randomize the blogs submitted to, as well as schedule a predetermined number of submissions per day.

The key to categorizing posts, is making sure that each WordPress blog in the network has the same XML category file imported. I actually have this XML category file, and it is easy to install. This way all of the blogs in the network will have uniform categories.

However, the thing that my script does not have that I need to work on is a way to both limit and allocate submissions to our members. I am in the process of finding a programmer who can add this. Otherwise, we are good to go.

not sure brian just would seem the higher PR sites should get more benefits. I have not participated in one of these before so I don't understand exactly how they work. however I do have a lot of pr4 and 5 sites and many more 1-3 but they are all in a specific niche

That makes complete sense Brian. Thank you for making the suggestion. Input like this is extremely valuable.

One thing that can be done is to give higher submission rights to those who submit blogs with higher Google PR. In other words, the number of posts that you are able to submit to the network daily can be determined by both the number and PR of the blogs that you have submitted to the network.

Everyone, please let me know if this is how you would like our blog network to work. The more feedback from everyone, the better

    Hey Brian.

I'd love to get in on your blog network and would much rather be spending money I normally would on subscriptions towards hosting and domains.

My only request would be that there's no spinning and it goes in a build my rank/linkvana format only with maybe a 200 word limit and single link per post?

I feel there has to be some difficulty in using the network in order for its quality to be retained. I think a selective membership would be best. Anything too easy and it'll be flooded by spammers. You either need a high cost, difficulty (original content) or some other barrier to entry in order to ensure the spammers just choose another option.
Let me know if there's anything I can do to help or if it's still a go.
