Looking for a partner on my entertainment site

Hi everyone,

My name is Rob and I'm the founder of BROcrastinator.com. My site is about 1 year old, with over 85,000 unique visitors in the first year. I'm currently making around $150-200 per month off the site but I'm looking to really increase that with the help of a partner.

This partner would help provide and implement new strategies on site promotion, SEO, and internet marketing, while I continue to create new content daily to build the brand. I'd like to workout some sort of revenue sharing plan to really incentive the hard work put forth on both ends, especially towards building a larger audience and increasing revenue.

I'm about to enter my last semester of college before I earn my Bachelors from Elon University in North Carolina in Marketing and Sales. However, I'm only taking 4 credits and I'd really like to take this Spring to put a FULL effort into my website to explore whether I can make a full-time income off of it. I'll be working my tail off to take this blog from a small earner to in the thousands per month and I'm looking for someone interested in helping me get there and reaping the benefits.
