Help launch Mini-Site/s for local real estate leads...$5,000 Cost per Sale
I'm a serious real estate investor of 10 years and am looking for someone with experience quickly setting up, testing, and optimizing mini-sites and lead funnels.
Basically, I want to drive local traffic to opt-in pages and split the earnings with you in some way to help ensure our success and get 'er done faster. We're looking for property sellers in Salt Lake City, and also landlord/investor buyers.
With the property sellers, I make offers on about 3 in 30 who are motivated, and usually 1 in 3 offers is accepted, earning us a wholesaling fee of $5,000 from my partner (or more if I buy and rehab it myself). I intend to sell the remaining 27 leads of 30 to local agents for $20-30/lead or more. I'm open to other ways.
With the property buyers, I'm open to testing all kinds of offers (financing, insurance, credit reports, credit repair, selling to local agents/lenders, etc). Ultimately, I'd like for this process to be automated.
I have a lot of copywriting experience in this niche and can help write copy and tweak landing pages, thankyou pages, emails, etc. Ultimately, I am willing to create a follow up system with automated emails, text messages, voicemail blasts, postcards, and phone calls (something like Keller-Williams' 33-touch follow-up system).
I just want a traffic-generating ninja to focus on incoming traffic, and to serve as a strategic partner looking over my shoulder to test and tweak the pages, test different offers, and support/accountability with getting the back end working. I have found that I get my end of things done 3 times faster with a partner on board, not counting their own contribution.
If the system works here in Salt Lake, I believe it could be duplicated in various local markets. It also helps that I'm well-connected with serious investors all over the country, having promoted real estate courses in the past and spoken at seminars.
