I have a programmer, I am talking to, we want to make a wso with his product.

Should I tell him about the warrior forum? Would want to do it on his own one he knows?

How should we draft an agreement, should we get a lawyer?
and how do we arrange for payment?
what tools and services to stay in contact and share document? (other than skype)

    You could sell trough JvZoo which let's you set-up Joint Ventures easily.
    Basically, the affiliate gets paid and then the Jv partners get paid their pre-conigured percentage of what's left.

    That would definitely do the trick.
