(Offline) Big City Partner Wanted

I'm looking for a partner in a Big City (or near and willing to drive to meetings)

(examples: new york, LA, Houston, Philly, Phoenix, San Antonio, Dallas, etc... you get the point)

My Business Model has proven to work very well here in Chicago, but the business model I use revolves around being a Local Company.

This partner must be willing to go to meetings a couple times a week.

Flexible Schedule preferred.

Also preferred to have a basic knowledge in Web Design, Seo, social media marketing....( this basic knowledge is just needed to discuss, you won't have to perform any of those tasks)

Ideally, willing to go to a networking meeting once a week.

My Proposition is this...

I would handle the majority of the marketing and setting up appointments for you.
None of these appointments will be with "cold" prospects. They will all have agreed to meeting and expressing an interest in our "opening" service.
We will split 50% of the profit... which will come out to about 35% of the actual cost after all is said and done.
Same will go for recurring packages.... you will get 35% of the final cost.

I'm not looking for someone who won't take this serious and not like a real business.

If you are interested, PM me and we can set up a call to discuss more so I can give you a run down of exactly how I work and how we can work together to better eachother.

Again PM me if you are interested.

Hello would you be willing to work with someone in Chicagoland? I am an avid student of SMM, SEO, and Offline Marketing. I am trying to eventually start my own consulting business or offline google maps "ORM" business. This sounds like a great move to get myself more industry exposure.....Let me know your thoughts.
